GMS Marine is a Malaysian marine surveying, claims, risk management and specialist technical-services company.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together experience across marine operations, insurance, surveying, engineering, claims and risk management to provide independent and practical solutions for the maritime and related industries.
About Us
GMS Marine Sdn. Bhd. (201401044665), formerly known as Global Marine Surveying Sdn. Bhd., was incorporated in Malaysia in 2014.
Since commencing operations in 2015, GMS Marine has developed into a multidisciplinary marine-services organisation supporting insurers, P&I interests, shipowners, ports, logistics operators, financiers and other maritime stakeholders.
Our capabilities encompass marine and transit surveys, claims and adjusting, risk management, container insurance and surveying, Marine Warranty Survey, valuation, forensic and specialist technical services, consultancy and training, and Sertu solutions.
GMS Marine places strong emphasis on people development, professional knowledge, practical experience and quality service delivery.
Our workforce combines backgrounds in insurance, marine technology, seagoing operations, marine engineering, engineering, naval architecture, claims handling and adjusting, risk management and other relevant disciplines.
As of June 2026, GMS Marine has handled more than 980 cases and completed more than 1,450 surveys, supported by a total team strength of 15.
GMS Marine operates under an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, supporting consistent processes, quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
